2. Orders & Payments

- Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- No cash refunds.
- Boutique clothing items may qualify for exchange or store credit within 7 days if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Clearance, sale, seasonal, and accessory items are final sale.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Hilliard’s Apparel & More, LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery regarding:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
- Missing items
Photos may be required before replacements or resolutions are approved.

- Substitute comparable items when necessary

All logos, graphics, photos, and content created by Hilliard’s Apparel & More, LLC remain the property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

Hilliard’s Apparel & More, LLC shall not be liable for:

- Delayed shipments
- Printing variations
- Improper garment care by customers
- Normal wear and tear
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
